Oh my goodness, Brian - what can I say. Fantastic from start to finish. His communication was fantastic, accommodated my family for my moms birthday and his set up is so so professional. Apart from the fact he was a pleasure to watch in action, chat to and have with us he is a FANTASTIC chef. Canapés were delicious and great value for money, the food was just fantastic - from the lamb to the sticky toffee pudding, the scallops. Honestly it was such a treat and actually better than going out for dinner! We would definitely have Brian return for our family - he was so accommodating too - thank you so much for making things so special Brian!
